Several military and police force, including civilian personnel from some agencies, were given recognition by the Presidential Security Group after ASEAN Summit 2017 in Manila for their invaluable assistance to the overall security that led to its success.

Being in-charge for the overall security of not only the Philippine President but also all other ASEAN leaders and other foreign dignitaries who visited our country in April 29, 2023 for the Summit. As the host country, Philippines was able to show genuine hospitality to the visitors, alongside was the tightest security PSG can ever offer to protect their safety and ensure no threat or danger was coming.
With the help of above-mentioned names and their personnel, the event was a success not only for the National Organizing Council spearheaded by Ambassador Marciano Paynor Jr but also for the PSG Troopers with the help of other units.
