President Rodrigo Roa Duterte is more than just being brave and tough. Yesterday, 27 October 2017, he responded to a letter request sent by Andre Gabriel Custodio Esteban, a 6th Grade Fil-Am student from Fresno, California, USA.
Andre expressed his admiration for President Duterte in his letter and that he is about to report about the Philippines in his class on 15 November 2017. PRRD was also requested for a short video greeting for him and his teacher and classmates. The President, through Secretary Bong Go’s Facebook account (click on the link to watch video), responded to Andre.
In the video, President Duterte said to Andre, “I received your letter request and I am most hay to oblige.”
He added, “I am sure that you will do great report about our beloved country.” He further encouraged Andre to be a good son, study well, and that may God bless everyone of us around the world.
The 48-seconder video already has nineteen(19) thousand reactions and 387 thousand views as of posting.
