The Presidential Security Group through the office of the Assitant Chief of Staff for Civil Military Operations, G7 proudly participates in the Brigada Eskwela 2023 with the theme, “Bayanihan para sa Matatag na Paaralan”.
The Brigada Eskwela is a collaborative program between the Department of Education (DepEd) and the Local Government Units (LGU) to prepare schools for the academic year 2023-2024.
PSG and its partner school Jacinto Zamora Elementary School in Pandacan, Manila worked together in the areas of infrastructure, sanitation, and school beautification. The PSG troopers helped in cleaning, repairing and repainting the classrooms, as well as clearing certain areas of the school such as their outdoor Chapel which was adopted by PSG for maintenance. In addition, the PSG also donated a 55-inch Smart 4K UHD television for learning purposes of the students.
As always, the PSG Troopers are always looking forward to be part of this annual activity to be able to help improve the educational environment of PSG’s partner schools. This simple contribution helps in creating a better learning atmosphere and positive impact for the students and teachers who are within the local community that the PSG is part of.
