The Presidential Security Group, in cooperation with the Philippine Chapter of Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), conducted a convention in relation to Cyber Security Awareness Day today.
The convention was a way to enhance PSG’s security against threats from hackers and other entities that use the power of internet to sabotage the government.
One of the PSG Troopers who attended said, “ISSA discussed new online threats with us. I think this is one of the most important things that should be observed keenly to protect our files in PSG.”
As the unit responsible for the security and safety of the President, the PSG is in continuing process of learning new techniques to assure that every file and document is safely kept.
