The Presidential Security Group headed by its Group Commander, BGEN RAMON P ZAGALA PA congratulates COL JOSEPH JEREMIAS CIRILO C DATOR PA, the current Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations, G3 of PSG for being selected as one of the Top 10 Outstanding Filipino Awardee for Soldiers of the Metrobank Foundation.
COL DATOR is formerly the Commanding Officer of the 10th Military Intelligence Battalion of the 10th Infantry “Agila” Division in Mawab, Davao de Oro. He led innovative practices in intelligence operations, gaining the distinction of Officer of the Year in every office that he held.
His leadership has resulted in the rehabilitation of former members of the CCP-NPA, resulting in an insurgency-free Davao region. He also principally authored the intelligence annex of the Philippine Army’s Development Support and Security Plan Kapayapaan which serves as the blueprint for intelligence operations across the country.
The Metrobank Foundation Outstanding Filipino Award is a prestigious recognition given to exemplary members of the Philippine Army, Philippine Air Force, and Philippine Navy who have shown outstanding achievements and service to the Filipino nation. The award is part of the Metrobank Foundation Outstanding Filipinos program, which also honors outstanding teachers and police officers. The award aims to promote a culture of excellence and inspire more Filipinos to pursue their noble professions with passion and integrity.
COL DATOR will receive a golden medallion, cash prize and “The Flame” trophy from the Metrobank Foundation on August 29, 2023.
