Yesterday marked the 121st Founding Anniversary of the Presidential Security Group (PSG). With the theme: “121 Years of Selfless Service and Dedication to Duty, Withstanding All Threats Against the Presidency.”, the celebration was showcased with a month long series of activities which are tailored to boost the morale of the troops, display individual and unit competence, and enhance the camaraderie among colleagues.

June 23, 2023 - The day kick started with an early morning 10K Fun Run, which was participated by the different units within the PSG. The race started at 4:30 in the morning, with the runners’ racing their way from the SM Mall of Asia to the Grandstand at the PSG Compound.
It was then followed by a Medical Mission for the barangays around Malacañang Park. The residents availed free check-ups/consultations and medicines, Dental Services,and free hair cut.
This is our way of giving thanks the Barangays for the support that they have given in the accomplishment of our mission. As true public servants, we extended some of the government services to the masses as we demonstrate the real meaning of selflessness and dedication to our calling.
In line with all of this, there will be a thanksgiving mass today (June 24, 2023) , to commemorate the gratitude of the troops to the Almighty.
